Both rear radius arms bushes have worn out & needs replacing, how do you do them! Some motor factors say they dont have coil springs on the back end. Any part Nos please & where the best place to parts from....
Many thanks

Hi Cas
Ant has had this query before so I have clipped one of his replies
I don't have the tool to compress the rear springs to do the job so just farm it out to my local Citroen specialist who charges about £140 a side to do the job. To make a spring compressor to do the job ( I was tempted) it needs to be much stronger than your average coil spring compressor and if it failed when the spring was compressed would certainly cause a massive injury if not death. Much easier to let someone else with the right tool do it. Sorry for the delay in replying I don't know why I missed your post. Ant
If you can see coil springs they will be spring assistors which supplement the torsion bars

Cas. The heavy spring that houses the rear shock absorber is the beastie that needs a special tool, ( I'm asuming your van is a C15). The bushes are quite cheap ( £30 to40) the expense of the job is the labour, the bushes rarely come out quietly and normally require some patience and persuading! Ant

Hi Cas I have done this job on my own van a C15 and I tried to do it without the special spring compressor as Ant says IT CANT BE DONE without it
Luckily a friend of mine knew someone in a Citron dealers service department and I was able to borrow the tool FOC to do the job. (of coarse, I gave guy a good drink as he saved me loads of money) The job is "fairly" easy with the right tool but IMPOSSIBLE without it so don't even try.
