Hi,
I've just noticed a crack in the body of our C15 HiTop. The crack is circular, about 1.5cm squared in area, and in the fibreglass body, near the top of the driver door. It looks like some road grit has hit the body and caused the damage.
Because the crack is circular, there is a small disc of plastic which is indented into the body, and will probably fall off at some point, leaving a hole.
What is the best course of action for repairing this?
Thanks! Winston.

Hi Winston. If the hole is not too big I would just get some gel coat filler ( Platic Padding do one in white) and clean the hole out of all loose debris and fill the hole so it's just proud of the finished body. When its dry you can rub it back with some 600 followed by 1200 wet n dry followed by polish. Be warned it wont match and you have to polish the rest of the vehicle! Ant
