Hi, I'm Jez and i'm very new to the motorhome thing(always had a tent in the past) I bought my van about a month ago and have hardly been at home since looking forward to getting to know some of you and getting some usefull tips This is my van......It's a 1984 Datsun Urvan We just call it "OUR" Van..(Check out the reg)

What a lovely looking van!
You must come to the meet in September (look in main page/ fancy meeting up?) so we can all have a look! LOL!
Much better than a tent, methinks... You'd have got very wet in one of those the past month! ;D

Hi Jez Like the van, would love to see inside! I am nosey when it comes to campervans.

A bit of info about your van. The roof was made by a company called Motorhomes International (who probably did the whole conversion). Unfortunately they went bust a number of years ago. They converted a number of different types of van. They called the roof a spacemaker and we had one years ago on our Fiat Amigo which was built by MI.

Thank you soo much Peter!..i've been trying to find out info on the van been but kept drawing blanks, what you say makes alot of sense.. coincidently i was watching a van sell on Ebay today because it reminded me of "OUR" van......i don't suppose by coincidence it used to be yours did it!......because that would be a little bit crazy
