Hi all, sadly this isnt a glowing report, Mill Farm, Fiddleton, Bridgewater, Summerset. Visually this is a beautifull area but, On arival the campers next door were leaving with some complaint of sickness, on seing the set up of water disposal imediatly next to the drinking water tap??. The site is advatising 'family run' this maybe the case as children are running it so no suprise that bookings were all wrong for many people (ie one caravaner had to pitch on the road side inbetween pitches as his booking was the week after??. The water slide was /is badly maintained and several children cut themselfs as they pushed off at the top. In strong rain fall an area floods hence caravans were 'jacked up' And to top it all the 'security' and 'behaviour of campers' is down to the campers to sort out thus making 'the campers' targets for the badly behaved.
Further down the road (A39) there are many and better sites the area itself is worth visiting if for no other reason than the scrumpy jack??. happy camping
