Hi Just to repeat my reply to Ann I too have recently bought a hylo, mine's 8 and tho I don't have that problem I do have others! a freezing draft down the right hand side when the roof is raised that I have to block with whatever I can, and now the back door which always looked a little unstraight has dropped about an inch which makes a freezing draft too. The garage are trying to tell me the gap at the top of the door is when the roof hasn't been lowered front first but it has nothing to do with that as the door is independant of the roof and the gap is there if the roof is up or down. Does any one else have door problems or draft problems? Many thanks Cathy

Hi Cathy.... Firstly the Romahome instructions are to raise the front of the roof first, and to lower the rear first. I have a sticker to that effect near the rear door.
I met a lady in the West country who used strips of foam to stop drafts around the raised roof.
Sorry I cannot help with the gap around the rear door, but it sounds like distortion of the body rather than just hinge wear or twisted hinges. An inch is rather excessive.
....Roger (in Geneva with my Hylo)
PS Came across to Calais with another Hylo, and spotted an Outlook driving down through France)

Hi Cathy. You can adjust the hinges on the C15 doors, the top door could be raised to fill the gap, and if the bottom door fits well and you don't want to raise it a bit too then accommodate the gap you have in the middle where the outer flange on the upper door will stop any draughts coming in. To adjust the hinges simply open the door wide and undo the screwsthat attach the the hinges to the door just enough to allow you to tap the door up, then tighten and see if the door still shuts! re-adjust accordingly.
