Or should that be sleeping bags for short people who like a lot of room?
In recent years I've changed from using sleeping bags to a sheet and duvets in my caravans and trailer tents because they are more comfortable and the duvet covers and sheets go in the washing machine, and the single duvets will as well if need be.
However, in my campervan the beds have a gap either side and I'm thinking a sleeping bag would be cosier - but I know from experience that normal sized sleeping bags aren't wide enough because I tend to sleep with arms and legs akimbo, and king size ones, although wide enough, have an extra couple of feet at the bottom that I don't need!
Does anyone know where I can get a sleeping bag that is king size width but normal length?

By joining two single sized quilt covers and putting a quilt in one side using the second cover as an under sheet, this gives you a much more comfortable bed. Your arms and legs will be free to roam !!!!

Thanks Gail!

Thanks, but still a bit long for me. And as you say, mixed reviews.

Does anyone know where I can get a sleeping bag that is king size width but normal length? It obviously depends on what is normal length. I have an older version of one of these . Although the length is given as 240cm, that probably includes the hood. Certainly mine is 240cm, hood included, but I've measured the main part and it's a bit over 180cm or 6ft, which is not excessively long for a bag 3'6" wide. You can buy Gelert products all over the place and they have a local stockist finder on the website.

We do similar but each have our own bedding kit! I used a double quilt cover each. I sewed them lengthways to make two two pockets, one for memory foam topper and one for single duvet. Fold goes at side of van so we can slip out in middle of night for essential trips and no draughts at all. We can each also use different tog quilts - essential as I don't feel the cold at all and T. would be happier in 100 tog!
