We have had our Dimension 2 since the middle of August. The beds have been used for about 20 nights. We noticed that there is damage to the upholstery on the backs of both front seats. This appears to be cause by sharp bits on the sliding mechanism which the seats rest on when in the "bed" position. Our dealer says they haven't seen it before but ours was the first D2 they'd sold. They reckon we need new seat backs or maybe completely new seats. I've included pics of the back of the passenger's seat but the same applies to the driver's seat as well. Anyone else had this problem? Doug

Hi Doug. The seat damage only occurs if you fail to put the seat in the upright position before moving it back into its locked position. We only learnt of this by witnessing it at the NEC when someone tried to move the front seat back while it was in the lowered position. I'm sure once your dealer has sorted the damage you can continue with the same seats just remembering to put the seat upright before moving it. Ant

Thanks ANT. I don't think I've seen any warnings that this may happen so I'll definitely be looking to Romahome to sort it for us.
