Just by the fridge in the outlook duo is what appears to be an electrical socket similar to the 12 volt cigarette lighter types in the front. I read somewhere that this is actually connected to the mains hook up? I'm a little confused as i have never been able to get it to work even when the mains hook up is working (or at any other time). Is there a switch somewhere that brings this in to play? (that I haven't found yet!) It would be kind of handy as a charger for the various contraptions that seem to accompany us on journeys. Best Regards to all Martin

Hi Martin End switch on here in ours, marked "Aux". If that doesn't work it may be the fuse which is below the switch. Derek

Hi Chrissy and Martin. The socket you refer to is a 12volt cigarette lighter type of socket, it is not anything to do with the mains but as Derek has said is switched from the "Aux" switch on your panel. If that fuse has blown have a look inside the socket before replacing the fuse as the center terminal quite often works loose. The socket is rated at 10 amps so can be used for anything from phone charging to small 12v camping hair drier! Ant

Many thanks chaps. That's the one thing I haven't tried! I'll give it a whirl. Martin
