Hey,

I'm Lizzie, and I've just bought my first van - an F-reg Romahome hi-top.

Very excited about getting all the little bits and pieces sorted out and getting out and about. Got a summer of festivals planned, can't wait!

Hope the forum will be a useful source of advice as I am a complete novice...

Hi Lizzie
May I add our welcome to this friendly group. We have been to a few music festivals in our van, classical music I must say, but we have a wide taste in music and would love to hear about the others.
We imagine, probably wrongly, that they are all huge like Glastonbury and don't fancy that, but perhaps you know some more intimate ones, where you can come and go a bit.
We really enjoyed the Two Moors Festival a few years back, where concerts were held in varied churches on Exmoor and Dartmoor. We had great fun finding camp sites, CLs and CSs, close to each venue.
It was in October and a bit parky, but it was great driving back from an evening concert with the heating full on, and arriving on site with a cosy van, ready to snuggle down.
We look forward to your thoughts.

Hi everyone!

Sorry it's taken me so long to check in again, but it's nice to see all the friendly hellos.

Not got any festivals planned until June, but will be sure to tell you all about them when the time comes.

We will be at Rock Ness on the banks of Loch Ness in June, Glade near Newbury in July and Connect at Loch Fyne in August/September. A fun summer ahead!

Finally got the van back from the garage and am raring to go with my makeover...
