Hi to you all and what a great site! ;D I've just bought my first campervan, it's a bedford rascal demountable romahome! Needed a bit of TLC to the engine (still awaiting supply & fit of new fuel pump) and a full service (more £££££) Should be ok once I've got the hang of driving it!

Hello to you all! What lovely replies! I've been feeling a bit despondent about it all, still have loads of things to do, buy, fix, etc., before I can go anywhere Got loads of stuff on ebay trying to make some money for funding this! Ah well, a bit at a time eh? I'm an incurable optimist and in on me own on a Saturday, everybody say aaahhhhh, poor thing.

Got loads of stuff on ebay trying to make some money for funding this! Oooooh, selling anything nice? Hi Pauleen - l thought I'd try a couple of my pebble pets out on there (something nice!) - just a hobby of mine... item no 120159052989 if you want to go and have a lookie! It was a 10p listing day, so I thought I'd test the water with these, just to see if they were saleable - never tried selling them before as friends/family always give them a home! plus loads of things I no longer use (not anything nice!) my Writing a Novel instructional CD (used to be a lecturer at Keele Uni) all boring stuff really! Hi to you all - I'll be joining you as soon as this van of mine is up and running!

The pebble pets are really cute. Funnily enough only yesterday Graham and I were discussing doing just the same craft with the children! (We work together as Childminders) we thought it would be a fun activity for the children.

Thanks! ;D
If painting with kids tho, I wonder if it would be wise to use acrylic paint - it doesn't come off clothing once dried (lost count of the jumpers, jeans & t-shirts I've wrecked, so maybe not just the kids, LOL). Perhaps poster paint would be better? It's very enjoyable for a hobby and your basic item (a nice round pebble from the beach/river) is free!
I have some step-by-step instructions I could scan and send to you if you need them! ;D
