Hello and Merry Christmas to all on this fantastic forum. My Romahome is a 1988 C15 Hytop and although it is old and has 126,00 miles on the clock I think it is brilliant! The website has been extremely helpful as I do not have an instruction manual for the vehicle and still have lots to find out, but I just think they are a superb design and am looking forward to making lots of long trips in it.

Hello chowzamma
Welcome to the site and hope you enjoy your van. The people on this site are really helpful and you will be able to ask any questions you like on here about your van - within reason- and probably get an answer or sensible suggestion.
Maybe we will all meet up again this Summer and hopefully you will be able to join in.
Have a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Hi Chowzamma
Welcome to the forum, glad you've found the website informative, as Viv says there are some great people who come on here and will help with any problems if they can.
Have a great Christmas and lots of camping trips in the New Year with your van.

Thank you very much for the welcome Viv and Graham, this is also the first time I have written to a "Forum" and I think it's going to be a very useful thing to be involved with. As you can imagine I have loads of questions and things to find out about my Hytop Romahome, what I do know is that I absolutely love it! My job involves delivering insurance replacement vehicles all over GB and normally I would not drive for pleasure but this wonderful vehicle has tempted me to go and park up at a couple of viewpoints to just sit in the back and have a cup of tea, it has brought out the old hippie in me! All best regards to you. Steve.

Hi Steve and welcome :-)
One of the best things is being able to just park up and make a cuppa isn't it?
Have fun and let us know where you get to.

Hi Steve,
Isn't it just the greatest freedon thing? Just to go out for a couple of hours and be comfy and have a cuppa and relax. Enjoy! Hope to see you next year on one of the meets! ;D ;D
