We have just used our Outlook for the first time and everything was fine except there was a loud constant squeaking noise coming from the rear when I was driving. I don't think it is anything mechanical. I tried to find out where it was coming from and stopped several times to move things. I wondered if anyone had any ideas as to what might be making this noise. Is there a particular item in the van that might be causing it.

Hi Viv
No squeaks in our van, mainly rattles and the odd creak. I would suspect the running gear on the vehicle rather than the caravan bit. That could be dealt with by a local Citroen agency.

Hi Viv, Perhaps you could have a drive round with someone sitting in the back so they can try and hear where the noise is coming from? Failing that do you carry a laptop?...........it could be the mouse!

we had a squeak in our c15 hitop and it was diagnosed as rear suspension squeak, took it to a local garage and had it greased...squeak gone away
