Sorry if things are a bit quiet around here and on the website, our son is getting married in a couple of weeks and we don't seem to have enough hours in the day for every job that needs doing. Normal service will resume asap! One amusing moment that you might like to hear of: Our granddaughter, almost 3 years old, is going to be a bridesmaid to her Uncle and soon to be new Auntie. She was trying on the bridesmaid dress and her mum said that they would have to find some suitable shoes or sandals. To which the little one piped up "I could wear my wellies" I can just imagine her toddling down the aisle in a beautiful dress set off by her lovely pair or Dora the Explorer wellies! ;D

We look forward to seeing the picture of your granddaughter in her bridesmaid's dress with the wellies! ;D And, of course, you in your wedding hat! Wendy

No, I don't do hats! I'm having a fascinator - or as I call them, one of those feathery things you have on the side of your head!

Hope everything goes well with the wedding Pauline. I'm the same as you. Don't do hats as I look really silly in them. You might need another holiday afterwards. All the organising etc. can be tiring can't it. As Wendy says we will look forward to seeing some piccies. Grandaughter in wellies - Pauline with her fascinator on. lol

Thanks Moya, this time tomorrow they will be man and wife! Today we are busy entertaining the grandchildren. One is just having a nap and the other is teaching Granddad to dance so I've grabbed a breather!! Wonder if I dare get a picture of him pirouetting round the garden and post it on here!
